1 Can whole corn drained
1 Can black beans
1 Can pinto beans
1 Can northern beans
1 Can diced chopped tomatoes with liquid
1 Can (large) chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

1 package taco seasoning
1 package original ranch dressing

2 T oil or Earth Balance margarine
1 pound hamburger, ground turkey or tofu burger meat
1 clove minced garlic
1 onion chopped

1. Dump first 8 ingredients in kettle on stove over medium heat.
2. Saute meat, garlic and onions in oil and add to kettle.
3. Simmer 1 hour.
