salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak (strips or pieces)
Beat eggs with a bit of milk and add ice cubes to mixture (ice makes the batter stick to the meat)
Add some salt, pepper & garlic to the egg mixture
Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic together
Dip the meat into the bread crumb mixture then in the egg then back in the bread crumbs

Fry in hot grease. If the grease is not hot enough bread crumbs will stick and the meat will be greasy. If you have time bread the meat the day before and it really tastes good. The more garlic the better it is.
