1 LB soft Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 egg yolks
1 Cup Finley Chopped Pecans
6-7 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy, add egg yolks and Pecans. Stir in the flour to make a soft dough. Squeeze the mixture between your fingers for about 10-15 minutes. Break off pieces of dough form into a crescent.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until pale golden (10-12 minutes).

Be careful not to over bake, when crescents are still warm dredge with icing sugar
