2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 – 500 ml sour cream
2 – 10oz cans mushroom soup
½ cup butter or margarine melted
1 medium onion
2 cups cheddar cheese – grated
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except the parmesan cheese, put this onto a 9x13 baking dish (cookie sheet) sprinkle with parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 ½ hours

This receipt makes lots, its great for a 6-8 people . (not so good for 2)
