2 ½ - Cups Flour
1 – tsp Salt
3 – tsp Baking Powder
1 ¼ - Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together (make a soft dough) take little pieces about the size of a large marble roll into a noodle, put the noodles all on the counter with a bit of flour underneath.

Cook in an electric frying pan, put about ¼ cup of butter and 1 cup of water in the bottom, turn the pan onto 350 degrees bring the water to a boil, butter is melted, put the noodles in – cover let steam and fry for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.

Serve with Ketchup
