1 1/2 C. canned pumpkin
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4-1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4-1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 C. milk
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 C.) evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices. Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.. Pour into pastry shell. (Have edges of shell crimped high as amount of filling is generous.) Bake at 400º for 50 minutes, or til knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
