3 cans corned beef hash
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a cast iron skillet, heat some cooking oil.
Add corned beef hash, cook until lightly browned. Make 8 wells in the hash, break an egg in each well. Put skillet in the oven,
Bake @ 350° for 20 - 25 min. or until eggs are done.
Great spike camp breakfast!
I sometimes make my own hash, but store bought works great! Some like it with salsa or ketchup.
