1 C. Salsa
Small amount of butter
2 C. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 C. grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1 C. flour
4 C. whole or 2% milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the bottom of a 9x13" dish. Spread salsa & cheeses in bottom of souffle dish. Beat together the eggs, flour, milk, salt & pepper; pour over salsa & cheese.
Bake in preheated oven @ 350° for 1 hr.
Let stand 5 min. before serving
