1 16 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 16 oz. can peach slices, drained
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium bananas, sliced--added just before serving
1 medium apple, chopped
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put fruit in a large bowl. Beat pudding, milk, and orange juice for 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Toss with the fruit. Refrigerate for 2 hours, add bananas, and serve.
