Dressing:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Western dressing
1/2 c. milk
1/2 packet Taco Seasoning

Meat:
1 lb. hamburger, browned and mixed as suggested with 1/2 packet Taco Seasoning--cooled.

1 can black beans or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
shredded lettuce
crushed Dorito chips
grape tomatoes, optional
sliced black olives, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together mayonnaise, western dressing, and taco seasoning. Slowly mix in the milk.

Toss dressing with all the salad ingredients. Serve.

Personal Notes:
I often make this salad ahead of time. Place the Taco meat and beans in one bowl in the fridge, and dressing ingredients in another. When you are ready to serve, toss everything together. This makes a big salad. Divide it in two if you won't be able to eat it all, as once it is mixed, it gets soggy.
