• 6 or 7 lemons
• 1 cup sugar
• 6 cups cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil
Boil for approximately 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Set aside
Roll lemons firmly between hand and a flat surface
Squeeze to make 1 cup.
Add lemon juice to sugar mixture and refrigerate.
Garnish with lemon slices
