1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons mustard
1 to 1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic; drain. Stir in the mustard, ketchup, sugar, and Worcestershire; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

This is another easy, kid-friendly meal. If you don't have buns, kids seem to like this served over cooked macaroni too. It freezes well, so if you make a lot of it, you will have some easy instant meals.
