2 cups cooked chickpeas (about a can, rinsed)
1/4 cup tahini
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Puree until smooth in a food processor! Serve with pita bread, pita chips, and veggies (carrots, tomatoes and cucumber are all good).
