19oz can of black beans rinsed and drained,
1 red bell pepper, diced,
12oz can kernel corn drained,
1/3c chopped red onion,
1 jalapeņo pepper seeded and minced,
Cilantro Lime Dressing:
1/4 olive oil,
juices of 2 limes,
1/4c chopped cilantro,
1 teas cumin,
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste,

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, whish together oil and lime juice. Add cilantro, cumin, salt & pepper & mix well. Stir in salad ingredients and correct seasoning. Serve @ room temperature. Add more lime juice if necessary.
