1 pkg fresh spinach
1 head butter lettuce
1 can water chestnuts [drained & sliced]
3/4 c bacon-cooked & crumbled
Dressing:
1/2C salad oil
1/4C sugar
1/4C ketchup
2tbsps red wine vinegar
1/2 teas Worcestershire sauce
1 sm onion - finely chopped
1/4 teas dry mustard
1/2 teas salt
1/4 to 1/2 teas cayenne pepper

Wash spinach and lettuce, drain & dry. Combine dressing ingredients and blend til smooth. Set in fridge for at least 1hr. Add dressing just before serving
