6 Tablespoons butter, softened
2-2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup milk (or half and half)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Beat butter until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa and sugar. Blend sugar/cocoa mixture into butter, alternating with milk. Add vanilla.
