2 / Bone in filet about 3" thick
Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper
Truffle butter or Truffle oil

Preheat oven to 400F - 450F

Brush steak with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Pan sear, in hot skillet until browned on each side, about 2 minutes per side.

Place in hot oven 400F-450F for 10 - 15 minutes for medium rare.

Let rest, tented with aluminum foil, for 15 minutes.

Brush with truffle butter or truffle oil, if you have before serving.
