chopped onion
chopped carrots
2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
cayenne pepper
salt
green beans
1/3 cup water
1 cube vegetable bullion
3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and carrot in oil. Add garlic, salt and cayenne pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes. Add green beans, bullion and water. Cover and cook until beans are tender.
