3/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch
dash of salt
3/4 cup cold water
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 Tablespoon grated lemon peel
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch and salt; gradually add water.

Stir in egg yolks, lemon peel and juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Boil one min. remove from heat. Stir in butter. Cook to room temp. without stirring.
