6 to 8 apples, unpeeled and cut into one inch cubes

2 tbsp. cinnamon

3/4 to 1 cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and place in crock pot. Cook for six to seven hours, stirring occasionally. When apples are soft, mash with potato masher. Can be placed in baggies and frozen.
