1 hog head, trimmed,skin cut off
OR: 5 lbs country pork ribs
1 large or 2 small hens (5 lbs total)
4 qt whole peeled tomatoes
4 pints canned corn
1 small bottle catsup
4 large onions-chopped
3 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper and tobasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat till tender (save the chicken broth). Cool and take off of bone. Grind onions first, then meat and all ingredients and mix well. Add chicken broth for desired thickness. Simmer as long as you want.
