Pepperoni Stromboli Recipe

1 recipe Basic Bread Dough
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 16 oz bag Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 16 oz pkg Pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º

Grease 2 large baking sheets.

Divide dough in half and press each half out on the prepared baking sheet.

Down center of each sheet of dough, spread 1/4 cup of sauce, top with garlic and Parmesan cheese. Divide mozzarella cheese and pepperoni between sheets.

Cut slices at 2" intervals up both sides of each sheet of dough. Taking alternating sides, up and over pepperoni and cheese filling, "braid" dough up over filling to complete encase. Gently lift braided roll and place and an angle in baking sheet.

Sprinkle top with cheese.

Allow to rise 15 minutes.

Bake 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with extra warmed pizza sauce
