2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 C melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C chopped onion
2 C sour cream
2 C crushed cornflakes (or crackers or breadcrumbs)
1/4 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes with 1/2 C melted butter, salt, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream. Put into 3 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Combine cornflakes with 1/4 C melted butter and sprinkle on tome of potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
