1 1/2 C Sugar
3/4 C butter
2 eggs
4 1/2 T sour cream
1 T canola oil
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
5 medium sized ripe bananas
3 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 C nuts (optional)
1 C oatmeal (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs. Mix in sour cream, oil and baking soda. Add bananas. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt, beating well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans, I use 5 mini pans. Bake approximately 40 minutes (longer for bigger loaf) until toothpick comes out clean.
