4 cloves of minced garlic
3 avocadoes roughly mashed
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green onion
1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper/ or 2 tbsp bottled pickled jalapeno pepper chopped
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
salt and pepper to taste
