6 medium potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut up
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with electric mixer. Add sour cream, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon oleo, onion salt and pepper. Gradually beat in enough milk to make smooth and fluffy. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with foil. Chill up to 24 hours. To serve, dot with remaining margarine and bake, uncovered, in 350º oven for 45 minutes, or microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes. Can be heated in crockpot on low, also. Good for potluck dinners.
