1 cup Crisco
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1./2 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco and sugar until light; add eggs 2 at a time and mix. Add the rest of ingredients and mix good. Pour into a greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours. Makes a real good short cake for strawberries.
