1 lb. ground beef - chuck
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp instant minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place meatballs in a 10x6x1 3/4 inch baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink. Rearrange halfway through cooking.
