2 c. Hellmans Mayonnaise,
1/2 c. chopped onion,
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley,
1 can tiny shrimp,
1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach,
salt and pepper,
1 loaf uncut pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach. Add mayo, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Cut off top of bread, scoop out and cut into bite size pieces. Fill bread cavity with dip. Enjoy!! I usually back up bread with a box of crackers.
