3 eggs beaten 2 T buttermilk
1 1/2 C sugar 1 tsp white vinegar
1 T butter, melted 1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 T cornmeal 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar, beat well. Gradually add butter,cornmeal, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes.
