1 egg with 1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat your deep fat fryer to 350º to 375º. Mix all ingredients together. I usually use round steak, cut up in stripes. Dip steaks strips into batter and slowly slip into the hot grease. Cook until brown in color.
