2 small pkgs. orange jello
2 C. boiling water
1 #1 1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 #303 can apricot halves, drained
1 C. mixed fruit juice (from pineapple and apricots)

Topping:
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C. sugar
3 T. flour
1 C. fruit juice
2 T. butter
1 C. cool whip
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Add juice, fruit and pour into 9 X 13" pan. Chill until firm.

For topping: Beat egg and add sugar and flour. Add juice and cook until thick. Add butter and cool. Fold in cool whip and spread over jello. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
