1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ranch dressing
8 chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix cheese, mayo, and dressing. Set aside. Spray or brush chicken breasts with cooking spray.

Place chicken in oven and cook until almost done, 15 minutes or so. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of cheese mixture over each breast and cook 3 minutes longer or until it is lightly golden grown. Sprinkle with chives.

Ashley and Ryan came to stay one weekend, and this is one of the recipes I made for them. They both loved it, which was a bit unusual. They even made it at home. So it has to be one of the favorite every day meals.
