2 C butter
2 C sugar
2 C brown sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
5 C. oatmeal (blend slightly in blender)
4 C flour
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1 T vanilla
3 C chopped nuts
24 oz. chocolate chips (2 bags)
8 oz. Hershey bar (coarsley grated)

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs.
Sift oatmeal, flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix together and add 1 T vanilla. Add nuts, chocolate chips, and Hershey bar.
