10 C old fashioned oatmeal
1 C wheat germ
1/2 pound coconut
2 cups raw sunflower seeds
3 cups slivered almonds
1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Cup water
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 teaspoons vanilla
raisens, cherry flavored crasiens or any other dried fruit

Pre heat oven at 300º In a large bowl combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, and nuts. Blend well. In a large sauce pan combine brown sugar , water, oil, honey, molasses, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat until sugar is dissolved, DO NOT BOIL. pour syrup over dry ingredients and stir until coated. Spread into 5 13x9 baking pans or cookie sheets that have sides. Bake 20-30 minutes stir occasionally. bake for 15 minute longer for crunchier. ( I do it longer because I do it in one pan) Add raisens or craisens. Store in a air tight container. Use with in 6 months.
