2 lbs hamburger
4 toasts, crumbed
2 eggs
¼ c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients together, then roll into balls. Cook on cookie sheet at 350º for 20 minutes. Then simmer in sauce of choice for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
