1 cup strong brewed coffee or expresso
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2-3 cups crushed ice
Whip cream, cinnamon for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Combine coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender and mix until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and blend on high until smooth and frosty. Makes 2-16oz drinks. Garnish with whip cream and cinnamon, if desired.
