3 medium onions cut up
¾ pound ground beef
¾ t salt and pinch of pepper
2 C shell macaroni cooked
1 C grated cheese
½ can tomato soup
½ small can of drained mushrooms
½ can tomato puree
½ can peas
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, beef, salt and pepper. Add 2 T butter to cooked macaroni while hot. Put in buttered casserole. Add cheese to meat mixture and melt then add soup, mushrooms and peas to casserole. Top with ½ can puree sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered about 1 hour at 350 until hot and bubbly.
