1 cup cottage cheese
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 cup whipped cream
6 oz. pkg. lime or orange Jello
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup, heat to boiling. Pour over Jello, stir to dissolve.
Add marshmallows and cool until slightly jelled. Add pineapple, cottage cheese and nuts. Fold in whipped cream and pour into lightly greased mold.
Chill until firm.
