Mix in order given
12 eggs
2 # brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
8 tsp. baking soda
1 # butter
3 # peanut butter
18 cups oatmeal
1 # chocolate chips
1 # M&M's
2 c. peanuts or walnuts optional

Use ice cream scoop to put on baking sheets, 6 cookies to a sheet. Flatten a little
Bake 350º for 12 minutes, do not overbake

I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup instead of the ice cream scoop. This recipe can easily be halved. Makes a big batch. Freezes well.
