2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 cup toasted coconut
3 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 large cool whip
1 cup flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 cup pecans
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Toast coconut at 250º for 15 minutes. (stirring) Mix milk with instant pudding, stir until thick. Add 3/4 cup of toasted coconut. Set aside.

Mix flour, sugar, butter and pecans until crumbly. Press into bottom of 9x13 glass dish. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup of cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Spread pudding mixture onto cream cheese mixture and top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of toasted coconut. Chill for 2 hours.
