Ingredients:  
1 cup of Margarine or butter
2 cups of brown sugar
2 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 cups of oatmea
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 cups of flour

Filling:
12 oz pkg of chocolate chips
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together first 3 ingredients, add eggs and salt, oatmeal, soda and flour. Place two thirds of this mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Make filling of chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, salt and vanilla by melting over low heat. Spread this over the bottom layer and dot rest of the dough on top. Chocolate should show through in places. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
