2 full wrapped chunks of Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1/2 bottle of karo corn syrup (32 oz. bottle)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 can of evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the corn syrup over a medium heat and add salt. Stir often so it doesn't burn. As the syrup comes to a full boil, add the chocolate chunks. Continue to stir until the chocolate is melted completely. After about 3 minutes, add 1/2 can of evaporated milk. Cook another 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Allow to cool for a few minutes and add vanilla. Allow to cool further. Pour over ice cream. This can be stored in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

We store this in the refrigerator until we want a bowl of ice cream. We then heat it up and pour over the ice cream.
