1 8-inch deep dish pie shell (cooked)
1 pound hot sausage, browned & drained
1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cooked sausage in pie shell; cover with grated cheese. Beat together eggs and milk. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350º until browned and bubbly for about 35 to 40 minutes.
