1/2 C Light or Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1 Can 915 to 19 0z.) Kidney Beans, rinsed/drained
1 Can (15 to 19 oz.) Pinto Beans, rinsed/drained
1 Can (16 oz.) Small Pink or White beans, drained
1/2 C Ketchup
5 Slices Bacon
1/2 C Mustard
1 T Cider Vinegar

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 T drippings. To drippings, add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in all beans, ketchup, corn syrup, mustard and vinegar; mix well. Spoon bean mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Bake in 350º oven 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbling and heated through.
