6 Potatoes cubed and cooked until fork tender
1/4 C Milk
1 pkg (8oz.) Cream Cheese
1 C Sour Cream
1 t Parsley Flakes
1/2 t California Style Blend Crushed Garlic
1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except cheese in a large mixing bowl. with an electric mixer, blend ingredients until smooth on medium-high speed.

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12x8 inch casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 325º oven for 3-40 minutes. Remove from oven.

Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
