1 pkg. (30 Oz.) Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
2 C Sour Cream (16 oz.)
2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz,)
1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup,
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1/4 Melted Butter
2 T chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 t Pepper
1/4 t Salt

Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to ungreased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour @ 350º or until heated through.
