1 Box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

Pineapple Filling-
1 can crushed pineapple 15 oz
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar

Vanilla filling-
1 box vanilla pudding 3 oz
1 cup milk

Fluffy Icing
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup crisco
1 stick butter 4 oz
Beat together until fluffy

Make cake according to directions, 2 layers
cool... slice cake to make 4 layers.

Cook fillings until thickened and then cool. Set aside.

Combine vanilla filling and fluffy mixture.

Place layer on cake plate and spread pineapple mixture.
2nd Layer Pudding Mixture
3rd Layer Pineapple Mixture
Cover cake with Pudding Mixture and then sprinkle
grated cocanut over entire cake.
Chill and Serve
