3 T yeast
1 T sugar
1 cup warm water
4 2/3 cup special mix(1 pkge Sunnyboy, 1 pkge whole wheat, 1 pkge 9 grain flour) or 2 cups Sunnyboy,2 cups 9 grain mix, 2/3 cup cracked wheat
1 1/2 cup bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 cups wholewheat flour
4 cups white flour
6 cups milk
2 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
1 T salt
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Set your yeast to dissolve in sugar and water. Scald 6 cups milk,then add 2 cups water, sugar, salt and oil. Beat 4 2/3 cup of special mix into this. Then add yeast mixture and mix 4 cups white flour,wholewheat flour, bran and wheat germ. Mix well. Add approximately 2 more cups white flour. Mix and knead until kind of elasticy. Keep dough soft. Oil well and let rise, punch down, let rise again and shape into loaves, let rise and bake at 350º oven for 45 - 55 minutes, depending on size of loaves.
