8 ounce block of cream cheese ,softened
2 cans of Flaked ham (6 1/2 oz.)
2 tsps dried chives .
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce

1 cup fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put cream cheese and ham into a small bowl. Beat or mash until well mixed. Add chives, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a ball. If too soft to shape into a ball, chill for at least an hour. Roll ball in parsley until coated. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve in a bowl.

Makes one ball - 2/1/2 cups.
